-This RT-PCR arrangement package is not inclusive of hotel accommodation. You will have to book our room(s) via hotel website or other channels before purchasing this voucher.
-Additional charges for room cleaning by professional cleaning service at THB 5,000 net will be applied if your RT-PCR test results are positive.

-The card holder of the credit card needs to be at check in. Otherwise, the credit card authorization form will be required before check in.
-Guarantee Policy Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
-The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
